Devices were forced to reconnect to our VPN when a cluster scale-in event replaced the VPN pods in our Kubernetes cluster. Devices would have shown the status "Online (Heartbeat Only)" while it re-establishes the connection to the VPN. It took a while for the incoming connections to be distributed evenly across the newly deployed VPN pods causing some devices to take longer to re-establish its VPN connection.
